Ya know, putting on a live performance is about more than just singing. You're putting on a show, hence why he bounces around. It gets the crowd going. Personally, I'd rather see and exciting frontman that really seems to enjoy performing rather than someone with polished vocals that they aren't even singing. Lip sync sucks. I love his voice during this.
