I used to live in Ohio and we would joke about the "hickishness" of people in North Virgina. I find it really humorous that this lady is calling North Virgina cosmopolitan extension of DC. My experience is Virginia is cosmopolitan and North virginia was not, not to offend any of you in North Virginia. Just those from north virgnia that i have met.
