the way Sammy meticulously prepares the insulin for his "wife" is sort of like how Leonard prepares the ink to tattoo himself. Could that be a clue for us in that lenny did in fact kill his wife with the insulin?

1) The Story about Sammy is actully Leonard you see his face in there aswell when Sammy get's showen just fast its so fast you dont even react lookin first time.

he made up the story because he killed his own wife and to make himself happy and keep having meaning in life

2) Teddy is a currupt Cop or somethin whos using him but tells him the truth at the end

@MixTapeHomez the girl is Jimmy's girlfriend, the guy he kills at the end of the movie (actually the beginning of the story though) so when he looks in his jacket (which he took from Jimmy) he finds a note telling him to meet natalie at the pub (in the film its said that Natalie always left notes for her boyfriend under beer mats) he thinks this note is for him (because he always has notes to himself) and goes to meet natalie at the bar, natalie recognises Jimmy's jacket and car, but its lenny

Remember the scene where Teddy claims a police officer was calling him to try and scare him, and leaving letters under his door to try and scare him? That's how I drew that conclusion.
