Judges are actually Chancellors, Administrators, in fact they are really Bankers.

Judges are acting in two roles in court. Melchisedec with an oath & Levitical without an oath. A good remedy to restrict the Judge from practicing Law from the bench is to enter his oath of office as evidence in court. This can be done by bringing in a certified copy of his oath and following evidence entry procedures. Or simply address from the floor and ask the judge questions in open court.
