@acuidad At first glance, it appears that you could just walk in and pick up the medi pack. However, after watching the video closer, I noticed that the floor in the hut is actually moving. The ground in front of Louis (at the time) was actually lava. Kind of hard to see, but I thought some viewers might like to know that.

If I remember correctly, press one of the joysticks on the controller. That's how I did on Playstation version.

It's select, and R1 at the same time :)
