I absolutely LOVED this movie. I'm going to show it to my best friend even though it's the kind of film I want to keep to myself. The whole thing was brilliant and I only wish I had friends who would love me that much. Another thing: this movie seems to an underground, obscure film. I like it that way. I agree that people should watch it, but I feel the same way Hazel does about AIA in The Fault In Our Stars. Sorry for the rant.
okey, my best friend told me to listen to this song, and now she is standing behind me, and crying... it's a beautiful song, and i don't think i ever seen her cry over one song..
This is a beautiful movie and even more beautiful song. It's both traumatic and peaceful at the same time. I cry every time I hear this song because I remember Third Star which makes me sad because of James, but also so happy because the song is about the past and how beautiful it can be.
I watched Third Star yesterday and I'm still left feeling this strange mixture of sadness and happiness from it. I sat for a good hour afterwards just thinking about the message the film carries and I think it really has changed the way I look at life. Third star is, summed up in a few words, moving, emotional, deep, beautiful, poignant and touching. It's utterly amazing and I think everybody should watch it at least once. I cried at the end.
Benedict Cumberbatch is such a brilliant actor. And this movie was just... fantastic. I cried so much. And the fact that this song is so beautiful... well, I can't even describe my emotions.
this movie, this song...where have I been for not watching it before?? thanks everybody who made this movie for giving such pure and honest emotions!!!!
I heard your song on the radio (We Don't Eat), and fell in love with your voice! Then I watched this film because it's been recommended and to my surprise another one of your song is featured! It just made adore this film and your songs even more. Must see you play live next time!
I may have commented already, I forgot, but I love it so much...anyway...still haven't seen this film! (I have it ordered, but it's out of stock...) Bascially, I'm crying just watching this video/listening to the song. I'll be hopeless when I finally see the whole thing...
Oh, this song makes me cry. Literally. The movie had me sobbing. It was extremely touching. I watched it for shallow reasons. Thought Benny Cumberbatch looked cute. Went in knowing nothing about the movie.
It was very sweet, funny, and touching in all its sadness. Extremely painful, but oh so wonderful to watch. It's definitely a movie you need to watch all of in order to appreciate fully.
It makes you relate, and think about things. It's also generally beautiful. As is this song.
@ollybrollypie Oh believe me it is. It will change the way you view the world, and will definitely have a lasting effect on you. It's absolutely beautiful. If you've got lovefilm you can get it there, that's where I got it. I originally only ordered it because it was filmed in Barafundel Bay; happiest accident this year.
I cried at the end of Third Star. I broke when the song played. Such a hard movie to watch. It was beautiful, and brilliant despite its budget. I loved it. I can't relate to the story, but I know one day I might, and that's why I could feel emotionally troubled. I loved the movie.
"so i raise a morphine toast to you all. and if you should happen to remember it's the anniversary of my birth, remember that you were loved by me and that you made my life a happy one. and there's no tragedy in that"
I feel like this song is forcing me to examine the quality of my life thus far. I've never cried during a song before, but there's a first time for everything.
I do this thing where I type in a random thing into the Youtube search bar and click on whatever looks interesting that pops up. Today I put in "Red Oak" and clicked on this...what beautiful fate I have!
