I say that Charlie is gutless and i agree with what Joey is doing, i wouldn't want to stick around somewhere that i'm not loved by someone that I love..but i think that Charlie should have hung up that phone and stoped Joey from leaving

I think Charlie acted of fear with her new feeling for a woman (Joey), i wouldn't say she's gutless though. I'm agree with you on not to stay at the same place where there's oneway love. I think Charlie would love to not on the phone at that moment, but it's her duty and her job as an officer she has to find out what or who causes the accident. It's hard to stoped someone from leaving right after you told her you're not act on the feeling. I do hope they'll have second chance to be together.
