yes i think it will fly if you extend the front wings about 6and 1 half inches and get a have much lighter airframe try plastic and make it more aerodynamic

build a trainer, look around in the foamies section of rcgroups, you'll find a good trainer there.
just look around until you find one you like, and build it!
just save yourself the terror of a crash with this work of art ok?

DO NOT START FLYING WITH THAT!!!!!
i guarantee you would crash it on the first flight if you're a complete newbie in the hobby(not to offend you or your flying skills)
it's just plain suicide, and with full flight controls it will be touchy as hell unless it's goin' reeeaaalllll slow. even then it'll be touchy
