@DCVU2 On one side, the house is buried in the ground, that serves as insulation, a special type of concrete that was used, double walls that allow air circulation, on the other side you have solar panels that generate you electricity. So you have better insulation than you can embed on conventional homes, which saves you energy, and also using solar energy,that is environmentally safe and clean. The whole system is energy-efficient and eco-friendly
