The song is about gordies sisters son. Who died at a very young age. They didn't play it in concert for a long time because of the emotional aspect. However they have since played it live regularly, as they feel it may help others cope with the loss of a loved one.

Furthermore, the most notable live performance of the song would be January of last year, when they played it after the earthquake that devastated Haiti.
