What a way to show thanks! Hope I filled my spot in the dance floor, the anticipation for Joel was surely felt through the night, but the unexpected great sets from Eye, Murphy and Proxy were a big plus! Frizzy hair, ears ringing and feet aching at the end of the night but I WOULD NEVER HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!

LA crowds get up, if they are crowded in they hop up. if they have space they shuffle or get down or freak like crazy. I have only been let down very few times for wack crowds. I went to Ultra in florida and hardly ANYONE was really getting down. jus hands in the air like WOO! shuffling is kinda dumb but hell we do that shit like theres no tomorrow along with whatever stupid dance we make up. I see alot of enthusiasm in the crowds. the Deadmau5 show was top notch. The Beetroots live was crazier

@alphakry most of this video if not all of it is at LA in the Palladium. the venue is huge, has an indoor balcony a lot of people kick it on, and at the very side away from the stage on the floor there's space for dance circles like such featured in the video. that being said, NY doesnt have shit on LA

@ControlAltDelight awesome man. I don't got hate for LA, can't wait to come check out your scene too. Been in the NY scene since 98' so I got nothing but love for NY. You'll just never see a dancefloor like that here anymore - all of our venues sell out and pack in, no matter how big.

Used to be that way here in NY also but - thanks to club corruption, crack downs by the police and likely most of all, greedy promoters - our scene kind of collapsed on itself. Good point on the fact that with fewer competing events, it's tough for us out here - but very happy to see Hard throwing more events in NY.
