Terrorists and Dictators and such should really play these sort of games, they may learn a lesson or two like about how killing is [BAD] and [NOT A NICE THING TO DO]....Then again, they may end up finding it funny when they blow up the enemy units or when someone gets killed and may end up doin somethin....erm...Actually, forget that I ever mentioned the idea... why didn't the anime just copy the game's story and dialogue? It seems a lot more epic and better written than what the anime version is showing right now.

You can't streach an xxhour game into an entire series.

what i mean is that the game's dialogue in most scenes are much better than the anime version. Sure the anime will have filler and stuff like that but if the scenes are already in the game and have better dialogue, then the anime should not make crappy replacement lines and ignore the superior game dialogue.

I agree to an extent, but if the anime is identical to the game, what is the point in watching it?

It doesn't have to be identical but adopting a superior version's story is better than making a crap version for yourself. Plus, as long as the anime did a better job than the game, it could come up with a original story.

Guess what! The anime is not as good as the game. So in this case, they should have copied the game's overall plot. For example, some deaths in the anime sucked compared to the way the game handled them.

Well, it's not quite as bad as, say, the Resident Evil games being turned into movies.

You also have to realize that fidelity to source material doesn't necessarily turn a bad anime into a good one.
