If there was however, Deadpool would be the guilty one since Deathstroke was created over a decade before Deadpool was. Marvel has even acknowledged (albiet in a round-about sort of way) that they basically jacked Deathstroke's character model for Deadpool.

Why there are so many peoples who doesn't like Deathstroke? I think he's one of the best DC character, along with most of Batman's ennemies. Don't get me wrong, I like Deathpool too, but unlike Deathstroke, Deathpool isn't one of my favorite character. My favorite Marvel characters are Toad, Wolverine, Quicksilver and Michael Morbius. Sabertoot and Colossus are pretty cool too.

As for the MK vs. DC game, never played it but I watched the cutscenes.
