Actually, it may but there also is another reason for them to start a new opening. This is because of the arcs. The arcs currently in the anime tend to be much shorter then the manga, but it may change often. Depending on the studio, it may continue past 24-26 or before that or end at 20-26

w8 w8 w8...i have watched all episodes so far. all 13 and the 14ep airs on modnay. how come i'v never seen this opening before???

Maybe you saw a stream which was only 20-21 minutes.Meaning this new opening was probably cut out.This opening came with episode 13 so you probably missed it.

This opening is just as good as the first.I can't wait for the third,its gonna be awesome just like the first two,I hope!
