i took this the Acai berry supplement and i guess it's not for everybody because the product made me very hungry. it's suppose to suppress your appetite but for me it did the exact opposite. I've lost 50 pounds by good old fashioned and eating small portions with lots of water, and was just looking to loose some vanity pounds, and i could usually control my appetite but when i started using the supplement it made me hungry.
