Everyone begs for a tutorial. I learned the trick by watching this trick over and over for 7 hours straight, and no joke, it's not that difficult. You can easily learn it with common sense. You only need 4 cards, the ability to do double lifts, the ability to do triple lifts, and the capability to use verbal misdirection so they don't notice the lifts. It's an easy trick. Just think about it.

If you noticed he has 4 cards (duh)

2 heart

10 spades

K diamonds

K clubs

You will see that he shows those Kings both twice at the end but you dont really take noticved of the suits.

Also, Look at around 58sec-1min where he shows the 10's, the last one he jumps the card and swaps it with the other card (very quickly) but it doesnt look natural. Then straight after he has the 10 at the bottom and as he takes a card to reveal the 'next' card (as a '10'), he takes the top card :P
