Sephiroth is one of the Best villains, Solely Because of his Lack of Morals, and Unshaken Ambition, unlike Most villains. Villains, Let alone anti-Heroes This pure are Unfortunetly rare. Among Sephiroth I can only name Early Vegeta, and Shishio Makoto of Rurouni kenshin. Other than that, These 3 (not counting later vegeta) are the only Pure Heartedly F'ed up Villains I can even fathom atm. Much Respect to those who lack it, Sephiroth ftw.
