Be aware, this doesn't work with AT&T branded C3's. Nokia builds C3's without FlashLite 3 and Wi-Fi, for AT&T, which is necessary for streaming.

FINALLY, AFTER ALL THIS TIME FOUND IT OUT, in the lan host ip adress you had to do the ip that youre phone sais youre pc has. so you go in phone to wifi selection and connect it. then do options on it while connected and click details. there at the bottum it gives the LAN host IP adress. it just sais IP. i discovered this finally, after watching this every day for 2 months!!! FINALLY WHOOOHOOOOO

Thanks for posting this, buddy. Port forwarding really solved the straming issue. Just one technical question: I have tried some port ranges that haven't worked, like 2000 to 10000, 10000 to 20000. When I set 2000 to 30000, it works! I wonder why...

to get to your router for starters go to address bar and type 192.168.0.1 then ask you to login. If you never configured your router that way everything will be default. so username will be admin and password remains blank

open your phone browser and instead of m.youtube.com go to m.vuclip.com . there you can find all the videos from youtube, metacafe and others. the good thing is that the videos there are not streamed so you download them on your memory while you're watching them. since I found this site I don't really care that sometimes I cant stream the videos from youtube bcause there's always vuclip. :)

@AAcif21 I have no settings Its all default settings >.>. If you want to do samething in this video. login router @ 192.168.1.1. user and pass is admin>go to forwarding tab>then port triggering>type in triggering port Aka cellphone ip address>choose udp>now set incoming ports to 2000-32000. then hit save. hit save. to dedicate your ip. go to dhcp>DHCP Clients List>check and copy down your mac address and current ip. then go to Address Reservation and enter the information and hit save

@AAcif21 also you have to configure the nokia c3 as of above video!. Its not guaranteeing to work man because you may have a different issue all together. As of I have the same router and i hve no issues no configuration was needed. I would suggest you upgrade your frimware! for your router!

you dont stream it but you download it and watch it straight.

if you're still stuck with the streaming problem just go to m.vuclip.com there you can DOWNLOAD not stream the videos from m.youtube so you can watch them. you can also choose between different quality. the annoying thing is that you have to wait for the whole video to be downloaded. Since opera mini has TAB function I really don't care about waiting. Any way I don't have the streaming problem, but I use it to download the videos I like from youtube. I hope I'm a good help :)

but it can by wi-fi

Just as a side-note, you didn't change the streaming settings of your media player. So, unless you do that, and change streaming to Personal settings -> Youtube, then you have created the "youtube" for nothing, and it's just the port forwarding that matters.

I did it by simply adding my phone ip to the DMZ setting on the router (so it's not behind the firewall anymore), and it works.

Your lucky that in your port forwarding section on your router it lets you select your phone from a drop down menu (even if it does show with an invisible name) on mine you have to just type the ip in manually and a single port in. No idea how to get this working. Doesnt work on o2 GPRS either. argh.

Tip: use BOLT Browser, Youtube will work without these steps. Altough, the quality isn't the best... Even watched Atletico Madrid-Real Madrid yesterday on my c3 usin' this browser.

@littleboy961SM ya I believe open advanced setting on your router you should see similar things. i think. as for your router I am not familiar with the brand. You cam follow thee instructions on this video like go to advanced setting etc port-forwarding. It will not Graphically the same but i think it should be similar in ways because all routers in general have port forwarding
