I ordered the wrong type (universal one without the swivel movement) and followed deverra's recommended contact and it was great. Marc helped me get the new parts quickly and he was very friendly. This product is amazing, even though it shakes a little over bumpy road, but that's not a big deal at all.

I have the SM425-S for my HTC Evo. I was wondering if you knew where I could get that clocking mechanism that allows you to turn the cradle 90 degrees very conveniently. My assembly did not come with it and looking at your video (at 1:22) I can see that it looks like a modular addition. Is that correct? Thanks for the help and great video btw.

Contact Marc in Arkon's customer service department at (800) 841-0884 ext. 207. He can probably get you the part that will make it a swivel with 90 degrees.  Tell him Aaron sent you to him.
