the lightening powder that i used with a developer is a product that you can buy from sally's beauty supply named kalideocolors. a toner is basically the hair color you want. i need to lighten since my hair is so dark. i used Jolene for my eyebrows. hope this helps.

All those instructions...It came out 2 a very good shade btw. But why didn't you just use lighten your hair with LaBella lightening gel??

look it up online! I litterally lightened my black hair to a brown shade! except the problem was that i went overboard and it had an orange-shade in the sun.

I am wondering why you didn't use the Jolen to bleach your hair. I did what you did in the video and the Kaleidocolors made my hair go white and orange and burned holes in my scalp ! So, I shaved my head and started out all over again using Jolen cream on my hair and it comes out a perfect blonde.

As for the eyebrows, I made the mistake of dying them with Jolen and everybody laughed. Apparently if you have blonde hair, your eyebrows are supposed to be darkerthan your hair !

hi there I'm sorry things didn't work out for you. i use the jolene to lighten my eyebrows and then i tone them down with the toner that i use on my hair. but for a bit longer. your right, when you go blonde your eyebrow shade IS supposed to be 2-3 shades darker than your hair.

No I think it's suppose to be more 1 or 2 shades darker. It's not suppose to be completely dark brown. It's suppose to be a light brown to mid-blonde. That's why i don't understand some girls when they do that and they look horrible.

Well done...Didn't know you could use koleidocolor bleach on scalp.Same with the just for men color on bleached hair, as that color is SO progressive. Got to work fast with that color.

I wanted to dye my eyebrows too but im not sure how you're meant to do it (without going to a proffessional), do you just dye it with normal hair dye and dye it the same way??

I've tried Sally Hanson creme bleach made for use on the face and it just never works out, so I quit messing with them. I might give it a shot the product you're using though, since you had such good results. Jolene is what it's called?

lol! I usually go for the big D as well. I go for highlights, never get the whole thing done. I always go for a light blonde, much like your colour, and then purple (a sort of blueberry shade of it), red or copper.

Whenever I tried adding color to my hair at home, I'd make a heck of a mess; but then I did it by myself in the bathroom. I'd wrap a dark multi-colored Aztec print towel around my neck and shoulders, then fasten it with a pin until it about choked me. Got tired of that routine after a while and decided to let my Sterling Silver strands shine through---for now ;-) Might change my mind at anytime.
