Stay away from Labrees pipes if you don't like droning. I have them on my TT, and I can't stand them. The car makes my ears ring. Sounds great outside the car, but awful inside.

I personally love it, given I cant talk on the phone or video while it's at 2k revs, but otherwise xD

I do believe the sound is a bit different between the NA and TT, yours is probably quite a bit louder with 3" pipes.

hahaha i know what you mean i have a custom exhaust on mine but you cant here anything and it vibrates everything in you ears omg its almost painful but great :P

Nice, I like it, does it sound droning on the highway? My Z is a daily so I don't want it loud and droning just deep quiet and smooth mostly.

It does the same thing through virutally every gear, between 1-2.5k revs the exhaust note is deafening, while after 3k revs it's whisper quiet.

So in fourth at 80mph, I cant hear the exhaust, but in the same gear at say 60mph the cabin is just *hmmmmmmmm* lol

It's smooth while accelerating, it's only when maintaining a certain speed/rev that it makes the noise. So if I were to floor it you hear the exhaust, but it's not deafening.

how come this is so quiet compared to the other labree exhausts that are resonated H pipes?

Mainly because of my camera, it's not a dedicated video camera so most of the audio is lost.

It also has wind canceling, so the exhaust blowing out over the camera is being canceled out slightly.

It does sound a lot deeper and louder in person, if I had a better camera you could hear it :\
