The LG Shine looks very nice. Untill it's opened. I just don't like slider phones. I think they look dorky. I'll stick with the Nokia Mural flip phone.

im thinking about getting this one because really if the touchscreen in a touchscreen phone messes up, breaks, or quits working youre out of a phone unleses you have insurance or whatever which i dont i want one that will work even after it drops or gets cracked!

@huggsandkisses321 No, i like my phone. The solstice is pretty good for looks,but the touch screen irritates me. Its kind of slow. Im used to fast because i have an ipod touch. I would still get the mural.

Heck yeah people still buy flip phones. In fact companies are losing upgrade business as there are not as many flips to choose from and many of use do not like the newer types, for one many do not care about texting. Not to mention holding phone that feels like a deck of cards. So, many are holding on to their old phones as they are often nicer than what is offered on the freebie choice list when renewing. Long live the flip phones.

Some of us aren't big fans of this whole touchscreen craze my friend. You get the tactile feel of a button and don't end up with a screen scratched to hell.
