i made one of these for $92 you can definitely find the materials cheaper i got a leaf blower of amazon i found a nice gas powered one for 50 bucks and the other stuff is all cheap.

What a great project! I have a couple of questions. How old is the child?  He looked like he had done this before and did a great job. Also, where did you get the plans? Can you get the items you need to do this at Home Depot or Lowe's? And lastly, how long did it take?

We changed the electric blower to a gas powered one and ran it on the street.  We have a slight hill and with no brakes it proved very dangerous. The one other improvement was to add six evenly spaced hard plastic chair feet tacs. These protected the thin plastic skirt from the harsh pavement.
