  • @death0note0owner08 I'm the only gay member of my exclusive hetro family x)

  • @PrincessKLS Um still if your mom did not have PCOS then that is why u probebly didn't come out gay or bi. Though for your child they may be affected.

  • the answer is the lack of discipline and bad parenting.

  • I really feel bad for transgendered kids as they grow up. To have a society that doesn't understand you 99% of the time must be difficult as fuck.

  • I have PCOS, which means I produce a bit more testerone than a normal woman and I'm not gay or bi so I don't know about the hormone argument.

  • homosexuality is present in non-human species, so given that animals are more "instinct" driven in comparison to humans, I would say that the genetic plus hormonal theory is valid and as science advances the fact that being gay is not a choice will be a given.

  • im the only boy and im gay

  • The having older brothers make the young one gay theory is FALSE !

Cause, I'm the oldest brother and I'm gay

And my younger brother is straight!

    So much for that theory!

  • @NuLaifMusic Its not a definite thing. Its just a chance

  • @NuLaifMusic

well...there was a 2% chance you would be gay as the first born, so that was part of the older brother theory...so that doesn't make it wrong...it just makes you part of that 2%

  • off subject question...Why hasnt PETA ever sued these scientist who use rats. i mean, they were pretty much making rats rape other rats around 2:30

  • This is an outrageous perpetuation of stereotypes and confuses sexual orientation with gender identity in a highly unprofessional manner. Correlation doesn't always imply a causality, people! And if you hadn't noticed, generalizations on the basis of one or two test cases isn't good science. Anywhere.

I am all for telling the public that you can't "teach" people not to be gay, but the gender binary advertised here is disgustingly unreflected and makes all of this seem very untrustworthy.

  • Blame the Mothers?

  • Dr. Breedlove haha

  • i'm the oldest and gay, my younger brother is not

  • wow the moms comment about changing the outside of the twin but not the inside was so on... she's a good mom....it's at 6:11

  • Wow so there was only 2% that I'd turn out to be gay? (I have an onlder, right-handed sister)...:

Genes? Hormones...? I think the answer is...GOD! :D

  • That man with glasses is a scientist :S

  • @DannyPhantomBeast It was nice talking with you. Mostly I've been arguing with people in comment sections. This has been a breath of fresh air.

  • @WolfSyndrome Glad I can be agreeable sometimes.

  • She only makes one very brief mention that the "twin" boys are FRATERNAL twins, not IDENTICAL. They are not genetically the same. They are the same as regular brothers. I wonder how they turned out. John Stossel had a show about "gaydar" and concluded that, statistically, there is something to it. Interesting show. I wonder how those little boys turned out. Anyone know?

  • @13Xanadu You're going to hell you ignorant bastard. I hope a gay guy murders you and makes it a slow and painful death, you dirty nasty piece of shit.

  • well, the reaction from the feminim boy seem more transgenderd than homosexuall...

Or he is just very feminim as a person, wich i met straight males who were...

  • Adam could grow up as an MTF...we never know

and I have no siblings but I am a lesbian.

  • the fuckin rat fucker's name is fuckin "Breedlove"?! give me a fuckin break!!!

  • Such a good mum the little twin boys have. :)

  • I wonder about myself: I'm a guy, and I LOVE Care Bears. I also love heavy metal. I love Grand Theft Auto, and My Little Ponies. I do NOT like sports or G.I. Joe, but enjoy shows about undead.

Half my apartment is "Cute & adorable!", the other half is "dark and goth and heavy metal".

I would like to know where I fall into all that hehe.

  • @Cindercheth you're gay i think

  • @Cindercheth materialistic things and personal interests CAN be used to distinguish sexual orientation, or to at least hint it, but it can't be 100% relied on, as time passes you will find a person that you fall in love with and you will slowly discover out who you are :D

  • behaviors and interests are also more than enviroment or teaching. i INSTINCTIVELY stayed home and helped mom around the house while my brothers and sisters barned tobacco in the fields. i think theres several catalysts in the gay, bi, and str8 issue. i dont feel theres just one easy simple answer to this issue.its much more complex than any simple answer. i am right handed and have several older brothers. i am gayer than pink ink. i also am the tallest of my family. 6ft6in tall 250 lbs.

  • and they were sooo close with the rats. It's a shame they can't just duplicate the experiments the did in the mid 70's on people, although it would be terribly unethical.

Transexuals are closer to the truth than they may ever know

but once they find out, what will be of the autistic children as well?

  • Little tranny...LOL so cute

  • I have three older brothers. Apparently I act "straight" and everyone usually thinks I am(rugby player, supposed womanizer[not sure how I got that one], etc.), and I'm queerer than a three dollar bill. I'm also right handed. This is just getting confusing. I know I'm gay, but I don't know how or when it happened. Don't really care, though.

  • There are some gay men who don't act feminine nor like feminine guys. Some don't like anal sex, nor engaged in it. Yet some straight men do with their female partner. But these are all behaviors. They don't change attraction. The question is can you change your attraction. Anyone can change their behavior.

  • long fetched theories. please, just accept people are different.

  • That child is not a gay boy; it's just like she said: she's a girl in a boy's body and surely will transition eventually. Thank goodness the mother is relatively open-minded; hopefully this child will be able to transition as painlessly as possible.

  • @FillyK80 no,he,s a boy who behaves similar to a girl

  • excuse me? then she is a transgender girl in a boy's body and not a gay boy. there is a huge difference. or transvestite together. but cenrtainly not a gay boy/man. that's all

  • so he's not gay then? being gay doesn't mean you want to be a girl

  • amen to that!

  • I wish that this narrator would stop treating homosexuality like a disease.

And I wish that they would not reinforce stereotypes so much, because they are NOT universal. Just because they are mostly true doesn't mean that you should assume that someone that "acts" or "looks" gay is gay.

And I want to be that mom when I have kids :P

  • if i tell my parents im gay they won't be happy :(

  • So... what about bisexuals?

  • That child has gender identity syndrome, meaning, he has the brain, thought processes and behaviors of a female

  • exactly. he is not a gay boy, it is a transgender girl in a boy body which unconschioulsy copied the female gender roles at its early age of its life. kids copy behaviros. people keep enforcing the stereotypes!

  • the kid seems more transgender then gay. He states clearly he would like to be a girl. Gay people do not want to become the opposite sex they just want to be with the same sex.

  • @105fatty i feel you it seems like hes not gay but has gender id disorder. (sorry thats the dsm iv term for it) He fully identifies with the cross gender. So they might need to do some follow up research on this show. to see if in the long run he stars dressing as a women. plus he may be to young at this point to have sexual intrest. sexual interest will help us determine if its homosexuality or GID.

  • Not all gay people act gay, but most do! Just like not all straight people act straight, but most do!

  • that mom is awsome

  • @thedrummerization its funny that we didnt see the father in all of this. i bet hes not to happy.

  • I don't believe in any of this bull shit! As a living homosexual female that defies all the stereotypes of typical lesbians!

  • @IAskForNames Like you, I don't fit any of the generally held lesbian stereotypes. Never in my life has anyone been anything other than shocked upon finding out that I'm gay. The first thing I hear is usually, "OMG..I had no idea." HOWEVER...they're not saying in this video that this is how things are 100 percent of the time, and I don't think they're saying that lesbians all liked playing with dump trucks when they were little. LOL I know I sure didn't..but that still didn't make me straight.

  • when i die first question i ask god is why did you do this to me ?

  • human beings are so unique, that the few standards of society imposed on us do not leave room for all the diversity there is. It would be much easier to simply accept people for whom they are, and offer them all the opportunities and benefits, so that we could ALL contribute to an industrious, creative, and strong society.

  • that little boy is not gay he's transgender

  • @friendlychick79 - could it be perhaps that he says he should have been a girl, because if he were, the behavior he exhibits wouldnt be socially frowned upon, in a way that it may have; throughout his childhood so far; by people outside his immediate social circle? The fact that he is proud of who he is tells us that he is happy with his genetic sex but just feels the need to express who he is as an individual... rather than a desire to change his sex as a result of gender dysphoria...

  • Hmm this is strange... I knew I was gay at 11 but I never felt like nail polishing or playing with dolls or pinkish toys D:

Probably it's fundamentally different for everyone... xD

  • man1forman1.blogspot

  • exactly. it;s his gender identity that's in the line and not his sexual orientation. even this reportes here confuses the transgender issue with the gay issue. gay people don't have a problem with their sex, sexual organs (despite of their gender or their gender identity, meaning their social sex).

  • we become masculine and feminine. the greatest differences between the two genders besides the sexual organs are social and not natural. and how did the kid know that the girly behavior is playing with dolls and having pink curtains, when pink was a man colour during 1920 in america or when the amazons existed girls were more masculine because that's the way they taught them? gender identity, gender roles and sexual orientation are different paremeters in someone's sexuality. scientists should

  • know these things and stop enforcing the stereotypes. when a gay kid get's bombed all the time with Adam and Eve roles and stereotypes, it's absolutely logical to copy the behavior of one or another gender role. but more than two genders exist, you know. there is also Adam and Stene and Madam and Eve and Im sure that these twins were raised only by Adam and Eve gender roles. so the straight win usconsciously copied Adam and the gay twin since he likes boys copied Eve

  • because that's the only gender role society offered him. it's very simple. he became like that (feminine) he wasn't born. gender identity is formed very early in our life and has nothing to do with sexual orientation. amen

  • Wow, the mom should love her son for who she is!!!

  • I didnt get the rat part.

  • It's an argument for hormones being the basis for homosexuality. Female rats injected with testosterone at birth will not perform Lordosis (rump in the air) while male who are injected with a the female hormone at birth will perform it.. Clearly, these sexual behaviors are influenced by hormones and is an argument for how there is no true "nature" vs. "nurture" answer since most of our behaviors are affected by both.

  • Oh. I see. Thank you.

  • Fuck the psychologist is hot

  • But wait a minute Romeo was a bi sexual?

  • the mom's a bitch! she says that she wants her son to be more of a man because it's "normal" and she probably favors her other son for it!

    Some mother she is....

  • She just wants what's best for her child. She believes that society will not accept her child and he will not succeed in life due to his outward expression of his sexuality. Her fears are justified and I'm sure she still loves her son the same. I mean...she had to buy all the stuff that goes in his room, did she not?

  • Breedlove loves breeding rats? Do last names lead to peoples career choices? For example at my old high school one of the schools hockey coaches was named Mr. Bauer? Strange isnt it?

  • Older brother theory works in my case. I am the youngest of 5 boys mum had first. I am gay. My next older brother is what I would consider to be bisexual. Next one up has some "nurturing tendencies". Dominant mother? absent father? yes to both. Any which way it goes we are who we are and it is good to understand why these things happen it. As long as people dont use the knowledge to change who we are like lab rats but learn to value the unique chains of events that make us who we are.

  • "Dr. Breedlove", that's clever

  • GAY RATS! LOL

  • I wonder if that "Older Brother" effect is the same if the mother is lesbian? Because if it is true that lesbians have/produce more testosterone, wouldn't that mean if they're carrying a boy at least some things would be less foreign? Meaning a lesbian could be more likely to have a straight son? Unless the son maybe inherits a "gay gene" or something. Also I think those little twin boys are adorable :) heehee "I was suppose to be a girl in my mom's stomach"

  • Also I love how the little gay twin nods his head! So adorable!!! lol

  • I love that mother! How wonderful to be so supportive of your child no matter what they like or don't like. That's so great!

  • @RACHAELSGIRL i feel you. Its really hard. Im very suportive of the gay movment. however if i were to have gay children....i dont know i havent crossed that line yet. I know if i was a father would like to have strait sons for bonding. it makes me a bit hypocritical but i think in most strait men there is a desire to spread the information we have and hope it helps them pass on their genes.

  • @Guitarstring187 which is quite a delusion itself as even assuming your kids will have kids then they will have kids and so on your own genes will be so diluted within a few centuries no information that is actually and info about you will remain intact. Procreation is really a futile attempt to somehow preserve yourself after you are finished. Not to mention a brutally selfish act.

  • @sondano thats what evo psyhch theory states. Its kinda weird to see families have up to 19 kids an counting. Geez

  • @RACHAELSGIRL I know right, it can't be easy to accept. I can imagine the stigma from her family perhaps.

  • it's funny how the "macho kid" hesitated...FACT: no one likes "proper gender role conduct" shoved down their throats...but some fight it while most lay down and die...when I was younger I played with dolls and wanted to paint my nails...I still like to do hair and makeup...but I like boobies!

  • @WolfSyndrome Thank you! I think this video is too stereotypical.

  • @WolfSyndrome In part BECAUSE you liked boobies?

  • @DannyPhantomBeast Actually, when I do girls' hair and makeup I don't think of them sexually...I can "shut it off" in a sense for the sake of having manners..the only exception is if I know them well enough to know they don't mind the extra special attention.

  • @WolfSyndrome That makes sense.

There are some people I consciously avoid thinking of in sexual terms.
