ahaha!! easier said than done, it's not that easy to lose weight you know and actually your wrong, Im normal but when I notice Im gaining a bit of weight, its hard to go back to normal,you have to have alot of exercise plus its a long term while gaining is weight is so easy you just have to eat, eat and eat. and lastly there's more cases of dying ppl in obese like heart attack, high blood pressure and stuff.

And yes it is true, gaining weight is generally easier than losing weight. When you lose weight, even with the help of slimming pills ,exercise and what not, you still have to do alot of work.

Whereas for gaining weight, you have to just take supplements and meals with high fat and carbohydrate content.
