These actions, while benign, could be twisted through clever disinformation to seem like something they weren't and make a lot of people angry. This is my first time visiting this site. What these people are telling you is real. Both the targets and the perpetrators are part of an experiment. Both are in it for life. A few years ago I could look in my rearview mirror and see 6 out of 12 cars with their lights on. This is interesting because it was often on a sunny California day. I would also see the same car in different parts of the city with a signature dent, bumper sticker or familiar looking driver. I don't notice it as much now, but I'll keep my eyes open.
