My momonce called me in extreme pain (I'm an EMT). I checked her out and decided she needed to go to the hospital. Presented similar to an AMI. Vagal reaction caused bradycardia, extremely diaphoretic, weak and thready pulse, and she was grasping her chest/epigastric region making it hard to discern pain location. She could barely speak so my info was limited. Dr. diagnosed acute cholecystitis. No narcotics helped the pain. Ketorolac brought the pain from a 10 to a 1 in seconds. Just saying.
This is awesome man! Really good. Nice, simple and accurate.
