And what would happen if you shaped a bodykit of that foam there, and then just fiberglasses it, and removed the foam...? Would you then be able to use the kit on your car?
I wouldn't cover up that rear quarter window if I were you, because then you've got a huge blind spot. Not safe, and it doesn't add to the beauty to cover it up like that.
This is the plug only. While making the plug you want to keep the foam out of direct sunlight. After you mould the plug you throw the plug away. You then make the part from the mould.

Ok please explain what you do after the foam. Do you fiber glass over that.
