I think it's some kind of trick card. It's 2 cards in one, with a kind of sliding transition between them. When he's holding the card up, his little finger on his right hand is straight, but when the card is spun, he folds his little finger in, accually tugging the kevlar sting. This causes the card transition whist the audience are looking at the back of the card.. I think thats how.

step 2. wen the card is changed he has 1 finger holding it and 2 behind hiding the second card he just fliped... u can't see it because its hiden behind the card ur seeing.
