Whoopsie, at just past 2 minutes you say that "putting the money in the market has not done what they promised it would do". But then you go on to suggest we need a beefed up defined benefit Canada Pension Plan. But if you go to the website of the CPP Investment Board (sorry, youtube does not allow links), you can see that the vast majority of their money is "invested in the markets".
