@StoveTopHero Hi Mike! thank you for letting me know about the contest - it's really cool. Can you please post the "couscous tfaya" (my latest video) instead for the contest? it's much better quality. thank you!

I am moroccan and I live in the U.S. as well. My family live here so I don't have to cook (I don't know how anyways) but when my mom cooks this kind of fish, she soaks the fish and vegetables in Charmola, she doesn't just spread it on top. I think when you soak the fish and veggies in the sauce, it is evenly spread for a better taste. Anyways, that's how my mom does it everyone has their own way...

I just love your cooking, presentation, and beautiful smile. Long time I used to have a friend from Morroco who fixed us Moroccon bread that was crispy and with out olives. Please can you make that for us because I lost the recipe. Thanks again for your hard work that inspire us.
HI Alia. I like your cooking. and I try some of your dishes, its really good!! Can you please tell me what kind of a fish you use for this dish. Good luck.
correct - and also depending on how good is your stove, you may want to increase the heat to 200 C. Just make sure you cover the fish with foil, and bake it for 1 hour, then taste it and you will be able to tell if you need to increase the heat and bake it for a little longer.
I made this dish today following your recipe very closely (my veggies were not quite as nicely arranged as your video shows). The fish I used was a filet of wild caught salmon (quite a slab of fish). I cooked the fish with the skin side up and made the cuts as you suggested. The fish and the sauce were heavenly. Just perfect. The potatoes and the carrots could use a bit more cooking, but were still fine.
Thank you and your friend very much for posting such a wonderful recipe.
sounds so yummy! I had wild salmon this week as well but a different recipe: chopped fresh basil + garlic + lemon juice + salt & pepper. Marinate the salmon, then bake it. it was so yummy!
Woww what a lovely recipe...as always :) Just wanted to know if you need to add some water to the dish for the veggies to cook??? Thanks and keep it up :):)
this is one of my favorite recipes: easy, healthy, and totally to impress :-)
you do not need water, as the fish and the vegetables will release their juices. Just make sure to cover the baking pan with foil so the moist is kept in the dish.

My family and I loved it! I made it with whole Tilapia and it was just delicious. All the ingredients and flavors came together beautifully.
I made two large whole Tilapias and I've doubled everything else. Nothing was left over!
A really easy and beautiful dish to make. Very presentable and worthy cooking for guests.
Thank you Alia. Keep 'em coming.

oh no, it's yum yum! actually, when you cover the baking pan with the aluminum paper, the moister is kept inside so the fish does not become flaky.
