years of neglect have taken their toll. i remember when they were new, i got to go in one, from moorgate to finsbury park. remember how smooth they were compared to the slam door stock i was used too. went on one recently from kensington to willesden, it was rough, think it had a wheel flat.
@pinza55007 Wasted? They should be scrapped by now. They've been thrust upon Southern as their franchise bid required more trains, but no new builds were allowed.
Rough round the edges, and through the middle, and actually anywhere you care to look. And I mean inside the equipment cases too. Since that's what I'm doing all day tomorrow...

surely these trains are wasted on this route? being dual voltage it would have made sence to use them where this could be utilised. good vid tho, 5*

lol. not sure they are ready for scrap yet, admit they are a little rough round the edges. they just need some tlc.
