A Braun chopper with a stick blender that attaches is the absolute best. No need for a food processor. Please find a new word for 'awesome' And please do not substitue 'sweet'.
never buy a cutco knife they are expensive and not worth the money, they are incredibly poorly made knifes, a good knife to get is forshner, or any german brand knife there is a list of them. Best websight to go to is knifemerchant , any knife there is good and will last you a life time just remember to sharpen them on a knife stone once a month or so depending on how much you use it. I went to culunary school i know my knifes
Thanks so much for your videos. I have noticed that comments you make always seem to be from the "glass is half full" stand point, and I want to let you know that I really appreciate that. Thank you for the time and energy you put in to teaching us what you know, and to responding to our messages and comments.
What would be the advantage to stainless steel measuring cups other than durability? Because my mom has had her plastic measuring cups for almost twenty years and they haven't cracked!
@xthexcolorxredx My thought on the stainless measuring cups is that they won't stain, peel or chip. I have a bad habit of putting my plastic measuring cups in the dishwasher. Not a smart move.
What kind of knife did you say that was had hearing problem on that. I have that chopper too I also like a good paring knife. I have these weight watchers spoons that are4 half cup and full cup spoons. Your video was helpful am gonna look into that garlic press
@soonfully Cutco they are usually sold by students trying to do a fund raiser for some sort of trip or something. That is where I bought mine. It is a good knife, there certainly are better, but much more expensive.
I am new to ur channel, but I really like it! Could you please talk more about ur experience with "The Pampered Chef", and ur opinion on there products. I was thinking about getting into direct sales and everyone keeps telling me to go to "The Pampered Chef". I plan on hosting a party so I can check out the product since I'm not that familiar with it, but I would still like some honest impute from someone who has sold it, and I really trust your opinion. Thanks!
@MisAJGraveS I love Pampered Chef. I was a (salesperson) for them years ago for a few years. I had a great experience with the company. You can plan your own schedule and have a monthly committment (I have no idea what it might be these days) and you work as much or as little as you like. It is a good company and they stand by their products 100%. I have a ton of their products and have replaced only a few over the years. I once had 7 - $1000. shows in a row. it sells itself! GO FOR IT!
Great Top 10 Mary!!! I'm so excited to hear that you're going to start making more videos -- I love them!! I agree with the knife, a good knife in the kitchen is a MUST! Another favorite of mine is a rubber coated whisk (for use in NS pans) -- love them for mixing cream sauces or just about anything really. Looking forward to your future videos!!
Great idea! I have a cooking channel and should probably do a video like this. I have a ton of favorite things to make life easier int he kitchen. It will be hard to pick only a few!! Glad you are back making videos. Love them.
I think i'd like to buy a food chopper! I've often struggled with dicing onions and thought "if only I had a food chopper like mary...!" I love my potato peeler. It is a really cheap one but it does so well! I live for mashed potatoes, so it's my best item! That and my stewing pot for my tatie 'ash! proper Lancashire grub!!
So glad that you're getting back into making videos again! Can't wait to see some new recipes! Hopefully not all winter meals though, as it's summer here now so I'm doing tons of salads and stuff.
I'm a 16 year old girl whose been following Leesha since the day she started making your videos. She introduced me to you in one of her make up videos.. and I think you are absolutely amazing! and although I dont make the food you demonstrate, I still watch it cause it's really interesting! I ask for moree!! (:
@ladiikastic Having a small kitchen scale is essential to have if you are a serious baker because measurements given in grams or ounces are much more accurate then measurements given in cups.

@xthexcolorxredx Also - plastic tends to not get as clean as steel or glass.
