Oregon Dungeness Crab: From Sea to Plate

It's a cryin' fukkin shame their mostly cooked whole..

The meat is so much better cook NOT in contact with the guts and gills..

Man...my tastebuds are screaming for some fresh, delicious Dungeness.

I have been living in Illinois for the last two plus years and have only found good Dungeness crab once out of three buys during this time. Have only seen it as either frozen clusters or frozen whole crabs and two out of three times it was in awful condition and was quite the disappointment. Thank God I am moving to Oregon in a few weeks. I grew up on the West coast and enjoyed fresh Dungeness many times. Cannot wait for it.
