    Just tried this with JD.... absolutely dowsnt work,,, the window flickers, the botton border moves but the top stays put =(

  • @Cineiga

    Thank a million for that tip... had no idea.... just tried it on Firefox and works just like you said...

  • Spaces are not the same on Lion.... cannot figure out any way to unstick it! =(

  • @zooreeka

    In Lion, you go to the bottom of a window until the double arrow appears. Than you drag the bottom up while pressing "Alt". In this way you move the opposite border too, and the menu bar will reappear.

  • Here is another solution:

    Go to File -> Settings

    Click "User Interface" under the "Basics" catergory.

    On the right hand side, uncheck "Enable Style (skin)"

    Click the "Downloads" tab at the top and when prompted to restart JDownloader, do so.

    Life is not back to normal

  • I'm really glad that people find this little trick useful :)

  • @stolevole Do you know how to take off the Jdownloader icon from the menu bar? Or at least how to change it? Sincerely my eyes are bleeding every time I look at it.
