Some areas of the country have come out of the housing bubble and others have not...The ones theat have are building the ones that have not have surplus to sell.

However, if you can buy a house right now there are some really nice homes going for 40-50% off!!

I saw an ad here in Georgia not long ago for a 600K going for 249K!!!!
