@EskimoMonkeyProd i'm not saying i'm for alchohal by any means (please please please don't take this the wrong way), but it's not that easy. drinking under the age of 21 ALREADY is illegal- kids still do it. drinking and driving at ANY age is already illegal- people still do it. even a long time ago when drinking AT ALL at ANY age was illegal people still did it! it's so tragic, and why anyone would even consider it is beyond me. but it's not something can just be instantly fixed like that.
