Where do I find the angle brush u used 4 eternity? I didn't see it on MAC or Sigma sites, nor did I see a comparable on coastal scents. I have an angle liner brush and the italian bager doe foot(I use for blending) from coastal scents but am looking 4 one that's more precise for shadow application.

No..some do..but many don't..depends on what u want to put on top of your lips..my friend has a scar on her upper lip..and to put liner on her..is futile..it just doesn't work..yet just put lipstick on her..and u don't see it..no fighting with it or anything..I'ts really a preference..Sometimes it's good to prime the mouth before lipgloss or lipstick..but its hard to find a good one..which is why most don't use it ..~ Hope that helps..!~
