Seems like something I would read in a cover letter...not actual real life conversation in an interview. A lengthy rehearsed answer like this is impersonal and doesn't seem like someone who can act on their feet.
It's roughly 30 seconds minus the walk-in. Keep in mind that a real "30-second commercial" will not be read off a script, thus will also be a little shorter than recorded.
Make it shorter, add some tasty adjectives, lose the script and don't choke on your words and we just may have something here
