the main reason drinking is so attractive is because it's so restricted, I believe that if you take the glamour and rebellion factor out of it, kids would feel far less of an attraction to it which is why i think the USA drinking law of 21 is absurd.
keep the free form, i'm fifteen and i like to drink once in a while just to have fun, but i don't go around telling people how drunk i am to make me cool or anything. i'm so above people doing drugs and alcohol and getting laid just to "be cool" if you ever do anything, it should be because you want to, with a good reason as to why, within your comfort zone. never to be cool in front of anyone.

With regard to the camera, ideally I'd want you to keep the same "walking around the house"-style blogging which you seem to excel at, but in high def! Mainly for the increased audio quality. May I suggest the Sony DSC-TX1? It takes fantastic 720p video, and comes in a small form factor but much larger than your iPhone. Sounds perfect for what you're looking for :-) PEACE!

I think you should just get whatever camera Adorian Deck has and continue what your doing. I don't think you need to do a "show". It's not going to be as organic as these on a whim topics. Which are your specialty. I do miss some of your college dorm skits though that you did back in the day.
I live in a place where the drinking age is 18. That's the way it should be. If you can pay taxes and go to war then you should be able to have a drink. Also the "kids" here are much more mature at the age of 21 than people here in the USA. By the time the "kids" here reach 21 they have some social skillz that the "kids" here just don't. Many times when I see a 21st birthday in a bar I am soo embarrassed for the "21 year old kids" .. They just don't know how to behave .. It's sad.

I would consider getting a HD camera for your main channel. some other youtubers use HD cameras for their main channels, and just a regular flip cam or iphone cam for there vlog channel. It's all personal preference. Do what you think you should do. :)

I have an HD camera and it's a Canon PowerShot. You could do that and it could kinda be a jaredsnexusone, haha.
What bothers me is how I can go into a bar and get ID'd even though I'm of legal age (I'm from Canada and the drinking age is 19), yet I could look around and point out at least 10 people who are 16-18 years old and they don't get ID'd at all. I always just feel like telling the bouncer "I'm nineteen, but I can tell you everyone who's underage in here if you give me free drinks".
I don't think it's underaged drinking as much as it is the person drinking. Like there are adults who act like fucking idiots when they drink as well. I do think 14 is a bit young though but whatever if that's what they want to do then they can. As long as you know your limits and somewhat act like you would sober I don't see a problem with it. I can relate to you when people go up to you and say "Duuuddeee Immm wassttteeeddd". I drink solely for the effects, not to be social, and certainly not for bragging rights.
Some people drink to look cool, some drink because they have addicting personalities. Either way, the best option would be to not drink, because alcohol is far worse then most illicit drugs.
Underage drinking is such a cultural thing. Drinking at 18 in Mexico is not underage drinking. Drinking at 16 in many places in Europe is not underage drinking. Age, as corny as it might sound, is just a number. I don't have a problem with people drinking as long as it is in a responsable way. And if you have younger friends who have started drinking I think you should try to teach them how to do this :)
sometimes i'd rather be designated driver than be the one drinking... it's fun to do it once in a while... but sometimes people go too crazy with it.
I agree with you, like my friend was drinking one night, came over to my house after, and she is a light weight and I was like ready to like punch her. Like it was her first time really drinking and she was soooo annoying. Ugh, I hated that night. But being the amazing friend I am I let her come into my house and have her sleep over to recover.
i think that parents should teach their kids to drink responsibly and maturely, because regardless what you think your kid will go out and drink. i think taking away the animosity behind drinking will help reduce these kids going out and drinking thinking theyre cool n stuff. idk thats my opinion and how i was brought up and i rarely binge drink unless its a really special occasion.

I find it funny how the states have such strict laws. Here in Canada, it's 19 everywhere and some places 18. Why is it so much older in the US?

You are a highly intelligent individual and I respect your opinion greatly.
I can relate to you when people go up to you and say "Duuuddeee Immm wassttteeeddd". I drink solely for the effects, not to be social, and certainly not for bragging rights.
Some people drink to look cool, some drink because they have addicting personalities. Either way, the best option would be to not drink, because alcohol is far worse then most illicit drugs.

Underage drinking is such a cultural thing. Drinking at 18 in Mexico is not underage drinking. Drinking at 16 in many places in Europe is not underage drinking. Age, as corny as it might sound, is just a number. I don't have a problem with people drinking as long as it is in a responsable way. And if you have younger friends who have started drinking I think you should try to teach them how to do this :)

Drinking age in Trinidad is 18. I am legal. I don't get drunk. It's irresponsible and makes you look sloppy.

I agree with you, like my friend was drinking one night, came over to my house after, and she is a light weight and I was like ready to like punch her. Like it was her first time really drinking and she was soooo annoying. Ugh, I hated that night. But being the amazing friend I am I let her come into my house and have her sleep over to recover.

i think that parents should teach their kids to drink responsibly and maturely, because regardless what you think your kid will go out and drink. i think taking away the animosity behind drinking will help reduce these kids going out and drinking thinking theyre cool n stuff. idk thats my opinion and how i was brought up and i rarely binge drink unless its a really special occasion.
