banshee's will last forever, or a helluva long time, if they are tuned right and maintained right.

my friend greg's banshee is 12 years old on stock cylinder bore an still runs great. looks like shit, lol, but runs perfectly fine.

yea after a year or two the compression drops in the cylinder. ur suppose to redo the rings every 20 hours and rebuild the top end every 100 hours. depends how u ride it though

you wouldnt notice that littleof a compression drop from 20 hours of riding. do u know how little that is? i have a 2001 banshee with stock rings and toppend but with toomey pipes and its just as fast asa 2009 with the same pipes. (watever the last year of the banshee was)

What a load of crap you are talking...My Banshee has a Stan Stephens race tuned motor in it..It has been upped from 350 to 410 cc, through piston changes and different crank..It pushes over 130 BHP, and has been in that state of tune for 6 months and gets thrashed daily and there is no drop in compression at all..Go talk poo somewhere else
