Downloading is cool but the industry is run by numbers. When you're that big, you don't bring people on to your team to sound mediocre compared to you. Jay even said it himself, "I want everyone on Roc Nation to be better than me...and my newest prodigy (J. Cole) is in the best position to do that..." That fact that he hasn't released an album yet, has so much buzz, and actually IS a TRUE EMCEE, SHOULD BE applauded.

jay z had a couple hit records, he had his tracks but he didnt have a full album that was really that good, At the time Nas was the other guy being compared to him, and to me Nas was a better lyracist then Jay and j cole is a hell of a lot better than jay no doubt about it.
