I am from Illinois, and like many other states (Hawaii included) the Certificate of live birth is considered the Birth Certificate. The long form birth certificates, which include things like birth weight, doctors info, etc are not available to the individual. They are only used by the hospital. Again, the long form birth certificate is not available to the individual.
the COLB is a legal document which allows you to get a passport, drivers license, etc., i just think that the most powerful public office in the most powerful nation on the planet would insist on more proof. One fervent believer in suing is good ole' John Edwards (I won't expound). With less suing, doctors will not need to pay for a lot of life insurance, and the cost of care will go down.

Secondly, you do not need a high school diploma to know that the definition of a business is "an organization that provides goods or services- a.k.a. an insurance company is a tiny business compared to the US economy. I had a second post that supported #4, but it didn't post, so I'll explain it again. I have seen the "Certificate of Live Birth" they are passing around claiming to be Obama's "Birth Certificate". I've also see the template it came from. Big deal, it proves nothing to me.
I'm not trying to claim he is not a U.S. citizen, but how the hell hard is it to produce his actual "Birth Certificate" every U.S. citizen is issued upon birth? Show it once and this whole controversy would be over (except for the few who would claim it's fake of course).

School, K-College, organizations, Passport, You name it. I have never in my life been asked to produce the signature of the doctor who delivered me or the name of the hospital where I was born. I am from Illinois, and like many other states (Hawaii included) the Certificate of live birth is considered the Birth Certificate. The long form birth certificates, which include things like birth weight, doctors info, etc are not available to the individual. They are only used by the hospital. Again, the long form birth certificate is not available to the individual.

McCain was born in panama on a military base which was a US territory at the time. Both his parents were US citizens. He had to be vetted by Congress and show his long form vault copy and all records
Obama was never vetted by congress and has yet to release his long form vault copy. That is what this is about. He has spent close to a million dollars to hide a $12 document and people are curious why? He could put the whole thing to rest by releasing the Vault copy. It is that simple.

Hawaii, upon request of one's birth certificate does not make copies of the "Vault" certificate. This is not uncommon. Other states also issue the so-called "short form."
To still doubt that he was born here is to believe that the State of Hawaii deliberately falsified their records.

Why refuse to submit his birth certificate?
The document that they always show and display on his website is only a document of live birth....not the official birth certificate that would have the infants weight and size with the doctor's name and signiture.
I would like to believe that these questions are crazy, except no proof of his "Official" birth certificate is every displayed and he has refused to publically submit it.
Why not show the actual certificate and end the debate?

The Hawaiian certification of live birth Obama posted on his campaign website would not be accepted as a "birth certificate" for some Hawaiian state government. eligibility issues. The very 1st act as president was to sign Executive Order 13489 the day after he was sworn into office 01-21-09, which sealed all of his records for anyone to review. This was prepared before he was sworn into office & constitutes a premeditative intent to hide and conceal his true identity and eligibility status.

No, Executive Order 13489 had nothing to do with his personal documents. It rescinded an Executive Order signed by G.W. Bush that allowed Presidents to block the release of almost any Presidential record by siting Executive Privilege. Ex. Order 13489 simply set things back to the way things had been set up by Reagan. It granted increased access to all Presidential Records (those kept while a President is in office). Get your facts straight or else stop lying.

Abstinence Only teaching has been proven to be a failure. The number of children taught only AO run a higher risk of teen pregnancy and STD contraction. The only intelligent method is to teach Abstinence along with birth control. Young adults need to know how to protect themselves during sex.

Ummmm... explain to me how a insurance company is going to prosper when it's competition is the US government. While you're at it also explain how some who is actually paying for their healthcare is supposed to get better treatment if they have to go to the same doctors, hospitals, and clinics as people who use the government option. It seems to me that eventually this government option is going to run out all the smaller insurance companies.. BTW I had a post that supported #4, it didn't post.

Oh you got it wrong, I believe in healthcare reform, but I don't believe in government takeover. My idea of change starts with tort reform (that suing).
The cost of an operation is so high, because Americans think that they can frivolously, thus doctors need more life insurance, which raises their "prices". One fervent believer in suing is good ole' John Edwards (I won't expound). With less suing, doctors will not need to pay for a lot of life insurance, and the cost of care will go down.

First, 95% of blacks voted for Obama in the Democratic primaries and then 98% did in the actual election (I think race played a factor here). Secondly, watch the recent clip of Barbara Boxer and Harry Alford on Youtube- you'll understand. Finally, Kanye West made the famous "George Bush doesn't love balck people" which was supported by many minorities- he's failed to remember that Rep. fought for his freedom.

I have seen the "Certificate of Live Birth" they are passing around claiming to be Obama's "Birth Certificate". I've also see the template it came from. Big deal, it proves nothing to me.
I'm not trying to claim he is not a U.S. citizen, but how the hell hard is it to produce his actual "Birth Certificate" every U.S. citizen is issued upon birth? Show it once and this whole controversy would be over (except for the few who would claim it's fake of course).
