Speaking of low production values... extremely low really. It looks worse than a nearly decade old SEGA Bass Fishing, or the fishing scenes in Sonic Adventure...

Come on, this game doesn't even have basic lighting model, and fake caustics (actually just a second set of UV coordinates and an animated texture)... This was easy 10 years ago, how come anyone could drop that now?
