Try picking up a cheap strobe and having a shower at night with it on (be safe with electrics around water and whatnot of course) it's fucking awesome, it's like showering in stars that appear and disappear momentarily. You can also do the sort of stuff in the vid by channelling water down your arm or w/e.

@cptnsmelly It's called "The Time Fountain", you have to make it yourself.

IT works like frame per second you see on computer, except each lightbulb flickers really fast, so fast you won't notice it's flashing it.
