For melting the chocolate, try boiling water underneath the chocolate, instead of using direct flame. Will taste better. If you don't know how, put water in one tin, chocolate in another. Put the tin with the chocolate on top of the tin with the water, and set over flame. Water turns to steam, thus indirectly heating the chocolate. Cheers. Also, to those noobs complaining of fat, almonds are high in MONOUNSATURATED fats, not the bad kind of fat.
