Diener may not start many games, but when he is on the court, the tempo just changes completely. He finds open guys and gets them the ball where they like. He definitely has one of the biggest game influences as an NBA back-up.

I remember when he was in that scoring slump. Travis is like a worse steve nash; he is a sucky player but he pushes the tempo and helps the pacers in other ways.
