  • My little cousins sneaks food. Her mother wants her to be a normal sized 6 yr old so she can dress her up in cute little clothes. It breaks my heart when she tells me to get her a snack but not to tell mommy. Parents need to set a good example for their children.

  • @MsWaitandbleed That is very true! It always comes back to a reflection of parenting style on the child, I'm sorry about your heart break but am wishing you simply the best!

  • i sneak food... :( :'(

  • People often overlook the small content box on their food. Whats more is that some people don't know that the given information is usually just for 1 serving and 1 bag may contain as much as 30 servings! For us, as product consumers, it lowers the cost of each unit of food to buy more of it at the same time. The key is to educate yourself about serving sizes and portion control!

  • Parents, try PARENRTING! YOU controle what your child eats, the habbits they develope, the activities or lack there of that they do....take some personal responsability and get your kids healthy.

  • Dear moms, This is my new website: snipeslider, com

What do you think about the concept ?

    Need your feedback - Thanks!

  • Well, to me the first thing you need to do is eat healthier. I still eat as much as I did in America but in Japan I've been eating a heck of a lot healthier. In fact, I might eat more here in Japan and I still lost 20 pounds in 1 year. I used to be 141 and now I'm 121.

  • Dr. Susan Bartell was practically saying it's the parents fault, which i actually agree.

  • I was a heavier girl in middle school and high school and the teasing and isolation was enough so that I educated myself about portion control and exercise, so I slimmed down. Wish my mom had taught me, but maybe there was nothing she could have done.

  • dont keep junk in this house and dont give them fast food simple as that. you donnot get obese by going to a birthday and eating a extra slice of cake.

  • educating kids about types of food,

exercises and how it effects them

    this helps them eat healthy
