OK, let's see...chiway: yes, when I ate this piece of sushi I was a sushi noob & know better than that now but why call someone out and be so judgmental? I see me enjoying a wonderful japanese food and would hope that others can enjoy the sane food. Everyone has to start somewhere & I would be honored by anyone even attempting something new and doing it the wrong way
