Isso mesmo, hoje a maioria dos micro tornos podem feitos ou já saem de fabrica para ser controlados por computador.

O sistema CNC está bem simplificado e você encontra varios artigos na Net sobre o assunto.

Cara muito legal, essa maquina que vc fez o corte da rosca é da sherline tb? achei muito legal ela, no meu torno tem que mudar um monte de engrenagens, isso é chato p/ caramba, vc acha que tem como desenvolver uma maquina assim a baixo custo???

pelo que ví, dois motores de passo, tem encoder?

Sim éssa máquina é Sherline também, bem legal e eficiente dentro das limitações de tamanho.

Fiz uma modificação para ficasse automático, isso ajuda muito.

No entanto o sistema de passos troco as engrenagens, no meu caso uso quase sempre o mesmo passo.

Estou desenvolvendo com motores servos roscas por CNC total (passo e entrada), logo estará pronto.

O custo é bem legal também.

Very good videos on the end mill holders. Can you tell us more about your CNC lathe? Did you make it yourself?  I have never been able to thread that well, but don't have the spindle controlled with a stepper motor.

well, my Sherline lathe is all modified by me, the step motor was my adaptation also, it was very cool.

Shortly I will make a video showing how I made my modifications, I wait

that you can appreciate.

I like enough of the Sherline machines, they work well, very efficient.
